Warren Eastman Hearnes, who was governor of Missouri from 1965 to 1973, died this past Sunday at the age of 86. His body will lie in state in the Capitol rotunda on Wednesday and the 2 p.m. funeral will include state and military honors.
The granite catafalque has been used at least twice before, or so I am told.
