The Case of the Devious Delinquent

Uncle Luke: Father, Tim’s a delinquent and not all that juvenile.

The delinquent is a grandson. His father was the bad son who was kicked out of the Stately Ancestoral Manor before Tim was born. Tim grew up in Italy. His parents were killed in an accident and he came to Los Angeles to live with his grandfather. He's had a hard time making friends who aren't jerks. He's also had two speeding tickets and one citation for reckless driving. Grandfather is recovering from a heart attack and his other son, Luke, is busy throwing his considerable weight around.

Grandfather: Tim did all his driving in Italy, where the Los Angeles Police Department doesn’t function – yet.

Uncle Luke: The doctor said I could see him and he knows how loud I talk.

PM: Are you a hoodlum,, Mr. Balfour? One more drunk driving conviction for you and you’ll lose your license for all time.
Luke Balfour: When I take over at Balfour Enterprises, you won’t be the company lawyer.
