"Nobody remembers 'Life with Elizabeth'," says Betty White on the PBS show "Pioneers of Television : Funny Ladies." Wrong! My parents still remember it. LohFather liked it because of the puns. Whenever we'd see Betty White being witty and brilliant on "Password," he would mention how funny she always was. We'd have a discussion about who played Elizabeth's husband on the show. Since it was on when I wasn't even in school yet, I had no idea. And no Google. Now I can look it up (Del Moore) and I can even buy a few episodes of the show on DVD.
