I saw a bed of zinnias in the parking lot at Culver's so I went over to take some photos. I've always had a fondness for the zinnia. So many colors, so easy to grow, so earnest.
The flowers were tall and big. I was snapping away when I noticed something else really big:
While we were waiting for our food, I showed the image to LohMan. He said it was a garden spider (argippe aurantia). After we ate, we walked over to the flower bed. The miller was gone. Fast food!
(Dig the color of that SUV.)
