Me, not the wren. I've been trying to get photo proof that wrens are using the house we bought for them. I've been tiptoeing past the chicken house with my camera poised and ready to click when I round the corner. But the wren's flown the coop at that point. This morning I went at it differently, walking in the center of the yard and having the lens zoomed.
Still speedier than I am.
This afternoon I did a better job of waiting. The wren emerged when another bird sounded an alert.
