Now that the leaves are gone, it's easy enough to see the bird's nest in a bush that I've walked by many times a day all year. The contractor used some waxed paper in the construction. I've taken a bunch of pictures but it's been so gray for so many days that I haven't been able to get anything very interesting. Today I saw a peppermint ball on the sidewalk and I plopped it in the nest. Then I used some fallen greenery to add a little contrast, hoping the nest would show up better against the branches of the bush. I put a picture in my current slideshow on the right, "Christmas Decorations."
