One of the things I enjoy about Wikipedia is that there will almost always be an answer to a trivial question posted there. An example: What is the most common name for counties? Answer: Washington, which is used by 31 states (including every state in which I have lived).
That leads to an obvious question: What is the least common name for counties? Answer: I think every state has more than one unique county name. Such as Missouri's Callaway, which always seems like a misspelling. And Andrew, which seems like it should be Andrews.
I lived in Calhoun county, Iowa, for a long time. At one time it was Fox county, as in Sac and Fox tribes (Sac is one county to the west). The county lost its unique name and became just one more in the line of Calhouns.
