I joined Facebook this past winter and find it a fun way to connect with people. It can be as casual or as personal as you want to make it. There are tons of "groups" members can join. Like "I lived in Perrin/Hudson Halls before NWMSU Tore Them Down." These were women's dorms when I attended college B.C.E. (before the coed era). There are currently 132 members of this group and I don't know any of the others. But maybe sometime somebody will join that I remember from Hudson or Perrin.
An interesting group I noticed today because a Facebook "friend" of mine joined is "Rotary International Student Exchange to Belgium 1988-89." Isn't it cool that people are re-discovering each other this way?
