This is probably some sort of inside joke, but it did appear in the Liberty (Mo.) Weekly Tribune of Friday, November 21, 1884, buried in a long column of one-sentence ads for flour, paints, and so on:
"Mrs. McLeod, in the northern part of the county, has named her twin children after Hon. Chas. M. Swetnam. The boy she named Swetnam C. McLeod, and the girl Swetnamana McLeod."
Charles M. Swetnam was a state representative from Clay County at the time.
Here's a challenge for Shirley Ellis: Let's do Swetnamana!
