Bette Davis is attorney Constant Doyle. Raymond Burr missed a few episodes because of surgery and Bette Davis was guest star. It wasn't her finest hour although the bit where she lies on the defense lawyers' table wearing a man's coat that Hamilton Burger fastens while she lies there -- that was rare TV.
