I'm reading James Lileks' piece on I Wake Up Screaming, a movie I know I've seen. Netflix? Not 10 minutes ago I installed the amazon.com toolbar and it has a search feature. I learn that I bought the DVD from amazon on December 10, 2008. This is very helpful. If I want to watch it again tonight (which I do because James has written a fine entry about it), all I have to do is find it in our collection here at home. Amazon is trying its best but it has its limits. Some aspects of quality control in my life are up to me. I need to wake up some dormant cataloging impulse.
