Thomas, the Library of Congress website about federal legislation, makes it easy to view what bills your representative and senators have introduced and the fate of that legislation. The "Advanced Bill Summary and Status Search" starts with the 93rd Congress (1973).It looks to me like the website designer has covered all the bases in a succinct fashion. Good job!
