I went out for a lunchtime walk
and there was a colorful performance
on the Capitol steps.
The dancers and musicians
were part of a campaign
to encourage people to participate
in the 2010 Census.
The crowd was nonexistent.
Me, I just happened on the event.
But it improved my day.
