Here's an amazing story about the arrest of one of the FBI's "most wanted." Suspected serial bank robber Chad E. Schaffner was spotted at a Denny's Restaurant on I-70 in central Missouri by a retired Missouri State Highway Patrolman, Sam Lakey. Lakey, who lives in St. Louis, had stopped at the same restaurant for lunch and recognized Schaffner. He contacted authorities.
