Why those two windows on the second floor are arched and no other office windows on any side of the Missouri Capitol are. Don't ask me what that reason is. I just noticed them today and I've been working and walking here for nearly nine years.
UPDATE: I noticed another pair today (August 5) on the back side of the building. Follow-up on the evening news.
