The electricity went out at work today at noon. I'd picked up the library mail when I got lunch, so I flipped through TIME magazine to see if I would know any of the World's Most Influential People. The first to catch my eye is Gen. David D. McKiernan. His 15 minutes of fame came just in TIME.
